Dr. Ulrik Lyngs is Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and co-founder of the Reduce Digital Distraction Project. The ReDD project has helped over 1500 students and staff in higher education take back control their time and attention on smartphones and laptops since 2019, and received the University of Oxford’s 2024 MPLS Early Career Research Impact Award. Dr Lyngs is also a visiting researcher at the University of Copenhagen and research representative on Denmark’s Media Council for Children and Youth.
