The registration for in-person delegates includes:

Accepted Methods of Payment:

• All registration fees must be paid in advance in AED to Medetarian Conference Organizing LLC.
• Payments should be made through Credit Card only
• For Onsite Payment - In order to protect our community, we preferred to accept payment with your credit card or Mobile pay.

For Cancellation and Substitutions, please read below carefully:

• Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
• If you cancel before 28 December 2021, you will receive a full refund less the 20% administration fee.
• Notification of cancellation received after 28 December 2021 will be responsible for the full registration fee.
• Substitutions will be accepted until 28 December 2021.

• The 2nd Abu Dhabi Integrated Mental Health Conference will take place on January 28-29, 2022, as planned.
• Our top goal is the safety of our participants.

Cancellation of the Conference:

The 2nd Abu Dhabi Integrated Mental Health Conference cannot be held liable in the event of strikes, floods, fires, “unforeseen circumstances,” or any other situations beyond the control of the Conference Organizer that result in the partial or complete cancellation of the event (and any part of its program). There will be no reimbursement of registration fees or hotel pre-payments/deposits.
