Adeela Khalid is a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in clinical practice, academia, and organizational settings. She is widely recognized for her expertise in psychological assessment, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), utilizing a compassionate, evidence-based, and client-centered approach to treatment.

Her advanced training in mindfulness, positive psychology, and disaster mental health allows her to address a broad spectrum of psychological needs, from trauma recovery to resilience building. Adeela’s strong academic background in clinical and organizational psychology supports her work in developing tailored, effective mental health solutions that promote lasting, positive change.

With a passion for advancing mental health practices, Adeela currently serves as a Clinical Psychologist at Response Plus Medical in the UAE and as Co-Founder & Head of Clinical Services at PsychThru in Pakistan. She has also previously worked at the American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology and Askari Medical Centre, where she gained significant experience in both clinical and organizational contexts.

In addition to her clinical roles, Adeela has contributed to the field through her research on psychological tool development and cross-cultural mental health interventions.
