Neha Qazi is a passionate advocate for mental health reform, particularly in child mental health, currently serving as a dedicated Project Manager at SAKINA. Driven by a strong commitment to culturally relevant mental health practices, Neha is focused on advancing evidence-based integrated mental health initiatives across the region.

With over a decade of experience, Neha has been a vital catalyst for the psychological, social, and emotional development of young people. Her diverse career path includes roles as a psycho-educator, counselor, child protection coordinator, and psychologist, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities surrounding child mental health.

Neha’s academic journey reflects her dedication to excellence. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New York University and has earned both a Master of Arts and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology. This robust educational background informs her nuanced and empathetic approach to mental health care.

Embracing a growth mindset, Neha thrives on continuous learning and professional development. In each role she has undertaken, she has not only faced challenges head-on but has actively sought opportunities to enhance her knowledge and skills.
